*You can register using the mobile-App or the online-browser version of the App. Once you are registered you can access your account information from your computer or smart device. However, to use the App with your mobile device you must download the App first. If you try to visit the online, browser version of the App with your mobile device, you will be redirected to download the App from your corresponding App provider (iTunes App Store or Google Play). What is the US LBM Delivery App
Our delivery app was created to help save our customers time and money. The app provides helpful details regarding the products on your orders and status of deliveries. The app works on smart phones, tablets & desktop browsers.
How do I register or sign in?
- Register:
- Click on the “register now” button.
- Fill out the required information, including your name, email address, etc.
- Click on the “register” button to complete the registration process. (You will need your account number & 3 invoices associated with this account)
- Sign in:
- Click on “login” button.
- Enter the email address associated with your account.
- Click “Submit” to access your account and start browsing or managing your deliveries.
How can I add an additional account(s)?
You can add additional accounts through the following ways:
- When registering on our app as a NEW user, if you have additional accounts, click “+” next to account number and follow the same steps. You will now be able to see any orders linked to your account.
- If you’re an EXISTING user, you can conveniently add another account by visiting the menu and clicking “Add Accounts”. Here, you can input customer information and invoice details. Upon completing this process, the account will be successfully added.
Login > Add customer > provide required details > update.
What delivery-related information can I access within the application?
You have access to the following information within the application:
- Account information
- Ordered product item list
- Delivery details
- Job related information
- Pictures of delivered product
How can I track my Order?
To track your order, follow these steps:
- Go to the delivery section.
- Select the order you wish to track and you’ll find real-time updates on the status of your delivery.
Where can I find delivery related notifications?
Visit the delivery page and locate the “bell icon” in the upper right-hand corner. Click on this “bell icon” to access delivery notifications.
How can I provide delivery related feedback or suggestions?
We value your feedback. Use either of these methods to submit your suggestions.
- On the delivery page click the “Three dots”
- Click the “Rate your experience” option
- Provide feedback and click “Submit”
